SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. Elects Francesco Vanni d’Archirafi as New Independent Board Member

SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC) announced the appointment of Francesco Vanni d’Archirafi as the newest independent board member. Vanni d’Archirafi, a seasoned international business leader, has a proven track record of strategically increasing revenues, profits, and shareholder value in both public and private financial services companies.

His previous roles at Citi include CEO of Global Transaction Services and CEO of Citi Holdings. Vanni d’Archirafi has also served on the boards of Banco Nacional De Mexico SA, Private Export Funding Corporation, and LCH Group Holdings Ltd, and held leadership positions at Citibank Europe plc and Citi International plc.
