Sigenergy has secured the top spot in the global market for stackable energy storage, according to a recent report by Frost & Sullivan. The company, known for its innovative approach to energy, has been named the global leader in stackable all-in-one Distributed Energy Storage Systems (DESS), capturing a market share of 24.3% from the first to the third quarter of 2024. This achievement reflects Sigenergy’s rapid rise and leadership in clean energy innovation.
Global Expansion: SigenStor Gains Customer Trust Worldwide
The 5-in-1 energy storage system, SigenStor, has quickly become a customer favorite since its launch. Frost & Sullivan reports that Sigenergy shipped 231 MWh of stackable all-in-one DESS units between the first and third quarters of 2024, securing the highest market share at 24.3%. In a competitive market where the top five players accounted for 74.5% of total shipments, Sigenergy ranked third overall with a market share of 5.9%.
By February 2025, Sigenergy had partnered with 99 distributors in over 60 countries, establishing itself as a preferred brand in key regions such as Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Africa. Strategic collaborations with leading distributors in Austria, Belgium, Sweden, and South Africa have highlighted the performance and reliability of SigenStor. The largest South African partner praised SigenStor’s effectiveness in addressing power outage challenges. A 2024 customer satisfaction survey revealed that nearly 90% of end-users and installers rated SigenStor positively.
AI-Driven Innovation: Redefining the Smart Energy Experience
Sigenergy is driving the digital transformation of energy management with advanced AI capabilities. The SigenCloud platform, a cloud-native solution, enables the large-scale management of distributed energy devices and integrates with top Virtual Power Plant (VPP) providers in Sweden, the Netherlands, Australia, and other markets. The platform automatically syncs with real-time dynamic pricing from over 60 utilities in more than 20 countries. By leveraging AI and dynamic pricing, a Polish commercial and industrial (C&I) customer achieved a 42% reduction in electricity purchase costs and a 52% decrease in overall energy expenses compared to the previous month.
Additionally, the company’s energy app, mySigen, offers real-time energy and battery monitoring, device management, and issue resolution. By incorporating GPT-4 technology, the app provides instant customer support, redefining the traditional post-sales service model with intelligent and responsive assistance.
