Recently, the Haitian Jupiter 88000, a groundbreaking injection molding machine, was officially delivered to France. After a handover ceremony in October 2023 in Ningbo, China, the machine arrived in France in August 2024 following meticulous planning and international logistics. It was smoothly installed and put into operation at the Belli plant.
The Haitian JU88000 showcases the expertise and hard work of Haitian engineers in every stage of development, from design to production. With a remarkable clamping force of 88,000 kN and an injection capacity of 134,000 cubic centimeters, it sets a new record in the injection molding machine industry and represents a significant breakthrough in large-scale machine technology.
The massive transportation operation involved 17 trucks carrying machine and peripheral parts with a total weight of 800 tons. This marks the first time such a large machine from China has been delivered to a European industrial country, enhancing China’s competitiveness in high-end markets and setting a new milestone for Haitian’s global manufacturing.
Haitian’s team tackled the challenges of transporting heavy equipment over long distances through multiple countries, ensuring the safe and smooth arrival of this “giant.” The transport required a customized sea freight plan and careful execution of every detail of the cross-border transportation.
Upon arrival in France, Haitian’s technical team from Germany, Serbia, China, and SAS Haitian France immediately began intensive assembly and commissioning work. With 9 engineers working tirelessly for 5 weeks, the Haitian JU88000 was successfully installed at the Belli plant in Nurieux, France, increasing the capacity for producing packaging, household items, and garden/household articles. Throughout the process, the Haitian team maintained close communication with the French customer, collaborating closely to share this important delivery moment.
The successful installation and delivery of the Haitian JU88000 injection molding machine to France not only represent a significant breakthrough for Haitian in the industry but also provide valuable technical experiences for the global plastic processing sector.
