Women Co-Inventors’ Invention Featured at The Inspired Home Show 2025

PITTSBURGH, March 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — InventHelp client invention, MixAid, was included in the New Product Showcase at The Inspired Home Show 2025 during Women’s History Month. Women co-inventors Luisa Marchese and Dawn Archie-Johansen of Tyler, Texas designed MixAid to enhance the functionality of stand mixer metal mixing bowls to save bakers time and effort while preparing baked goods.

“We envisioned an insert to fit into the metal stand mixer mixing bowl to save time when making multiple recipes,” said Marchese. “Our design eliminates the repetitive task of washing the mixing bowl in between recipes.”

MixAid offers a better way to keep stand mixer bowls clean during the baking process. Sold as a set of three, the reusable design allows users to easily mix, pour, swap, and store baking mixtures. The women behind the invention received a patent for MixAid and have since listed the product on Amazon under MODAURA.

Inclusion of MixAid in 2025’s New Product Showcase provided opportunity for exposure of the product. Located in the “Buyer’s Club”, the showcase highlighted new products in the houseware industry. Qualifying attendees who entered the showcase could browse the display of products and use an automated system to request more information.

The above results are not typical as most inventions are not licensed, manufactured, or sold on Amazon. Inclusions in trade show showcases are not typical.
