FAIR Welcomes Art Del Cueto as Border Security Advisor
The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) is pleased to announce the appointment of Art Del Cueto as its Border Security Advisor. With over 21 years of experience as a U.S. Border Patrol Agent, Del Cueto brings valuable firsthand knowledge of border security and immigration policy to the organization.
In his new role at FAIR, Del Cueto will focus on expanding relationships with Border Patrol officials and establishing a Border Advisory Council to effectively respond to policy changes from the executive branch. He will also be instrumental in developing training programs for law enforcement officers nationwide on working with federal immigration officials.
Del Cueto will not only be involved in policy work and law enforcement outreach but will also engage in media appearances, including Spanish-language outlets. Additionally, he will contribute to FAIR’s digital presence by hosting podcasts, writing op-eds, and engaging with audiences across various platforms.
“I am excited to bring my extensive experience at the border to FAIR to help educate law enforcement officers and advance the organization’s legislative priorities at all levels of government,” said Del Cueto about his new role.

Growing up on the border, Del Cueto spent more than two decades as a Border Patrol agent before joining FAIR.
