On the Assembly, the Corporate’s shareholders elected please see folks as administrators of the Corporate, with all receiving a majority of the votes forged, as follows:

The shareholders re-appointed the stream auditors, Davidson & Corporate LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the Corporate for the fiscal generation finishing December 31, 2025 and licensed the administrators to recovery their remuneration.

The shareholders authorized (98.45% majority), on an advisory non-binding foundation, the repayment paid to the Corporate’s govt officials (“Say on Pay”) and a 99.14% majority of the shareholders voted in partial of maintaining the Say on Pay vote each generation.
