Leading winners of the “Sales and Customer Service” competition will be honored at a ceremony in New York
FAIRFAX, Va., March 7, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The winners of the 19th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, recognized as the world’s largest competition for sales and customer service, have been announced. The winners will be celebrated at a gala banquet at the Marriott Marquis in New York on Thursday, April 10. Tickets are on sale now.
This year, more than 2,100 entries from organizations of all sizes and virtually every industry, in 45 countries and territories, participated in the competition. Winners were determined based on average scores from over 170 professionals from around the world who were part of seven specialized juries. Applications were reviewed in over 60 categories in customer service and contact centers, including “Contact Center of the Year,” “Innovation in Customer Service Award,” and “Customer Service Department of the Year”; 60 categories in sales and business development achievements, from awards like “Senior Sales Executive of the Year” to “Sales Training or Business Development Executive of the Year” and “Sales Department of the Year”; as well as categories recognizing new products, services, and solution providers, among others.
DP DHL earned the most Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie Awards, receiving 39 across the globe. Other recipients with six or more Stevie Awards include IBM (31), Sales Partnerships, Inc. (20), Support Services Group, Inc. (18), ValueSelling Associates Inc. (15), Unitedhealthcare Provider Service Operations (13), TransPerfect Translations (12), UPMC (12), Druva Inc. (9), Intuit Canada (9), Blackhawk Network (8), GoHealth (8), Tata Consultancy Services (8), Element TV Company, LP (6), Intuit Mailchimp (6), Mplus (6), and Nutun (6).
Winners in a special category, “Ethics in Sales Partnerships,” will be announced in early April. The deadline for submissions for this award is March 21st. This award recognizes organizations for best practices and achievements in demonstrating the highest ethical standards in sales.
Five Grand Stevie Awards, for the top five organizations in the competition, will be announced the week of March 17th.
All organizations worldwide are eligible to participate in the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service competition and can submit entries in a wide range of award categories in sales, customer service, solution providers, business development, solutions and implementations, as well as thought leadership.
